Salem United Method Church is a joy filled body of Christ which invites God’s people into a connected relationship where they might find acceptance, belonging, trust and unconditional love as they seek to live their discipleship. We invite all those who wish to come worship with us.
Worship
Salem has multiple worship services. Join us Sunday’s at 9:00am for our Sunday School classes for all ages including adults. We have a traditional worship service in our Sanctuary every Sunday at 10:00am. There is a brief Children’s Time at each service, except the first Sunday of the month.
Nursery
Our Nursery is located on the second floor outside our Sanctuary. We invite infants to pre-kindergarten children to our nursery during our traditional worship service.
Holy Communion
We practice communion on the first Sunday of each month and during special services. As is the tradition of the United Methodist, we practice an open table, and invite all who believe to participate regardless of membership or denomination.
Fellowship
Join us for fellowship before and after our services at our new coffee bar right inside our South entrance. We encourage all to join us and meet with our Pastor and other Church members.
Location
We are located at 115 Old Main Street in Newton, Kansas.
